Job summary

Aristeo Construction seeks a safety professional to join our team. The role involves monitoring safety for all field operations, developing site-specific health and safety programs, and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance on multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction health and safety, an associate degree in safety or related field (Bachelor’s preferred), and OSHA 510. Travel to project sites nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
• Ability to balance multiple agendas and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrates leadership and accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety for all field operations and provide proactive safety solutions
• Complete record keeping as required
• Perform site orientations
• Develop safety reports, training, and site-specific health and safety programs
• Conduct site inspections, observations, and process reviews
• Act as a point of contact for safety issues and inquiries and ensure compliance with accident investigations and reports
• Review subcontractor safety policies
• Assist with OSHA correspondence
• Assist with the pre-task analysis process
