Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Five years RN experience and two years in management are required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license plus BLS, First Aid, and CPR certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Develop medical staffing schedules and address staffing gaps.
• Provide training to medical staff to ensure competence and compliance with requirements.
• Document nursing duties, charting, scheduling, and reporting obligations.
• Oversee medication administration and adherence to treatment orders.
• Maintain HIPAA and PHI confidentiality and ensure patient data protection.
