Job summary

MedWatch, LLC is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to manage a caseload using the Case Management process, including authorization of services, review of treatment plans for medical necessity, standards of care, and ongoing communication with the health care team.

The role requires an active RN license, a health-related bachelor's degree preferred, and approximately 7 years of varied clinical experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
• 7 years of varied clinical experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong reading and writing abilities in both
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full caseload
• Coordinate care transitions and discharge planning
• Collaborate with providers, social workers, and insurance teams
• Review treatment plans for medical necessity and adherence to standards of care
• Maintain case documentation and billing records in the computer system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to company policies and URAC-recognized case management practices
• Possible bonus program participation
