Job summary

The Tractor Supply Company team is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members while supporting selling initiatives and tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, and handling transactions, merchandising, freight, and store cleanup. No experience required; high school diploma preferred. Indoor/outdoor work with lifting and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide Legendary Customer Service using GURA.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, price changes, and stock recovery.
• Ensure safety and care of birds where applicable.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
