Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

The role requires availability for varied shifts and duties such as greeting customers, handling cash, stocking, and assisting with loading purchases. Strong communication and basic computer skills are beneficial for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Greet the Customer and uncover needs & wants, then recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash according to procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
