Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks. You will deliver a Legendary Customer Experience by greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions.

As a Team Member, you will manage cash transactions, merchandise recovery, freight processes, Plan-o-grams, and general store duties.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight/merchandising tasks.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Maintain poultry safety and manage poultry holding areas as required.
• Document all duties and follow safety guidelines.
