Mobilelink USA is seeking a Store Manager in Springfield, IL to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This full-time role oversees sales, service and store operations, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence across in-store initiatives.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with district leadership to implement promotions and product launches.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop others.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with a PC, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel within a 30-minute radius of the home store when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and excel.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Assist on the sales floor to coach and develop staff.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, and documentation.
• Respond promptly to communications.
• Complete required training within the store.
• Protect assets.
