Responsibilities

• Own the sales and operations of the store, including inventory and product rollouts.
• Coach and develop team members to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for customers.
• Partner with District Manager and key stakeholders on launches and initiatives.
