Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own store sales and operations. You will lead by example, coach your team, and drive outstanding customer experiences while launching new products and services with the District Manager.

Responsibilities include inspiring the team to exceed sales goals, maintaining a welcoming store environment, training staff to sell with confidence, and managing inventory and store compliance on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned sales preferred).
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards.
• Motivates others and creates a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
