Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, driving business performance and team success. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience on a daily basis.

You will manage inventory, roll out new products, and partner with the District Manager to drive growth in a fast-growing nationwide expansion. This role requires leadership, sales excellence, and a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience; preferably in a commissioned sales environment.
• Fluent or strong proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional sales skills with a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop a winning team.
• Comfort with technology and point-of-sale tools.
