Job summary

Mobily LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of a busy AT&T authorized retailer. You will drive performance, coach a team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include inspiring the team to exceed sales goals, managing inventory, launching new products, and ensuring compliance and reporting. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are required to connect with diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Fluent English and Spanish required for customer interactions.
• Excellent sales, leadership, and communication skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Your Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, youll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. Youll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, youll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspiring your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Creating an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
• Launching new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners.
• Training and developing your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
• Ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
• Playing an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
• Handling administrative duties like compliance and reporting with ease.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes radius from the home store when needed.
• Must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance.

Shift:

• 8-hour shift - Weekdays and every Saturday
