Job summary

Mobily is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Raleigh, NC to own sales and store operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and roll out new products and services with district partners.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail sales management, strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay with uncapped bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
