Job summary

Mobily-LL is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and operations at our Mocksville, NC store. You will drive business performance, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while rolling out new products and services with guidance from the District Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and a track record of achieving sales goals with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
