Job summary

Mobilelink USA in New Castle, DE is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, drive performance, and lead a high-energy team to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, launch new products, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment while meeting sales goals and complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned environment).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, recruiting and team development skills.
• Exceptional sales skills with a drive to exceed targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
