Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of a Cricket Wireless store in San Antonio, TX. You will drive business performance, coach a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage inventory, and roll out new products and services with District Manager support.

The ideal candidate has retail sales management experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a passion for developing people while achieving sales goals in a fast-growing company with unlimited

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned sales environment preferred).
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards.
• Motivates others and builds winning team culture.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, making things happen day in and day out.
