Mobilelink USA is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager in Rantoul, IL to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales growth.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, launch new products with the District Manager, and ensure a welcoming store environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, and the role offers unlimited earning potential and a fast-growing, nationwide expansion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
