Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the store's sales and operations, driving performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure inventory control and a smooth rollout of new products.

You will train and develop staff to sell confidently, maintain a clean, welcoming store, and work flexible hours including Saturdays to support store growth and district goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, recruiting and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver top customer service.
• Lead store operations, including inventory management and storefront presentation.
• Roll out new products and services with the District Manager and partners.
• Train and develop staff to sell with confidence and knowledge.
