Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own sales and operations in a busy Cricket Wireless store. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while managing inventory and rolling out new products.

You will supervise scheduling, training, and development, while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Evening and weekend shifts are typical, with a focus on growth opportunities and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Ability to lead, recruit, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
