Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC seeks a Retail Store Manager in the Houston area to lead sales, service and store operations. You will coach staff, drive customer experience, and ensure inventory and compliance across the location.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, scheduling to budgeted hours and promoting an inviting store environment while driving earnings and growth for Cricket Wireless products.

• 2+ years retail sales management experience with commissions.

Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.Job RequirementsMust be able to speak fluent EnglishTwo (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teamsExcellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes’ radius from the home store when needed.Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.Shift:8-hour shift - Weekdays and every Saturday
