Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Bilingual Retail Store Manager to oversee sales, service, and operations at a Houston-area location. You will lead a team, drive sales performance, coach staff, and ensure a premier customer experience while maintaining store standards and inventory control.

The role requires 2+ years of retail management with bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish required at interview.
• Minimum 2 years retail sales management experience with commission-based sales.
• 2+ years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team to drive success.

• Partner with District Manager to launch new products and processes.
