Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 2+ years retail sales management experience.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and developing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Own in-store sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve store goals.
• Foster a high-performing work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Educate staff on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager on product launches and promotions.
• Ensure staff training on new products and promotions.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention with investigations.
• Staff scheduling to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to processes, reports, and policies.
