Mobilelink seeks a Retail Store Manager in Winston-Salem to own store sales and operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage inventory, and rollout new products with your District Manager to drive performance and growth.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail sales management, fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for coaching and results. Expect evenings/weekends shifts and a dynamic, upbeat work environment with unlimited earning

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
