Blufox Mobile, a preferred partner of Comcast Xfinity, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our location across a fast-growing telecommunications retail network. You will coach a team, drive sales, and manage day-to-day operations to ensure superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience as Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Wireless Store Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Implement sales strategies that support company growth objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Ensure team members maintain expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services.
• Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and staffing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
