Job summary

Blufox Mobile, a preferred partner of Comcast Xfinity, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead our location and drive sales, customer service, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment. This bilingual role requires English and Spanish fluency, experience coaching a sales team, and a proven ability to meet performance goals while managing store operations and inventory.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience as Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, Wireless Retail Manager, Telecommunications Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals.
