Blufox Mobile is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Virginia to lead a dynamic team and drive sales for a Comcast Xfinity partner. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff while ensuring a superior customer experience and strong store performance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong leadership, and a track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll manage operations, inventory, and local community relationships in a high-volume setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
