Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge
• ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, store-to-store transfers and DC add orders, contacting customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process and stage returns; issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules; clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; manage deposits and security measures.
• All other duties as assigned.
