Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in our Spectrum retail stores in Louisville. You will promote and sell our Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice services to new and existing customers, delivering exceptional customer care and building lasting relationships.

You will identify sales opportunities, educate customers on products, handle transactions, and maintain knowledge of pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions experience preferred.
• Familiarity with personal technology and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication in English; bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
