Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in California to be the face of our brand, promoting and selling our internet, TV, and mobile services to existing and new customers. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment and deliver exceptional customer care across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with cash handling and payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in person, phone, and writing.

Responsibilities
