Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of handsets, plans, features, and accessories in a store setting. You will adhere to company policies, support new hires, and help maintain store standards.

Eligible candidates should have at least 1 year of retail sales experience and preferably be bilingual in Spanish. The role requires in-person work in Patton Park, NC with a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Follow policies and procedures per handbook and Sun Com documents.
• Assist new hires and peers as a role model; complete tasks assigned by management.
• Maintain store appearance and proper checklist completion during opening/closing.
