Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC seeks an energetic Retail Sales Consultant in Oxon Hill, MD to drive device and plan sales in a full-time, in-person role. You will follow company guidelines, maintain store standards, and support new hires while meeting key performance metrics.

Responsibilities include handling sales paperwork, cash procedures, and inventory, with a focus on growth through upselling of accessories and services. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to sell accessories, plans, and features per company guidance.
• Must be able to work at least 4 days per week and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories as directed.
• Be a role model for new hires and assist peers as needed.
• Follow store policies and complete required paperwork accurately.
