Job summary

Sun Com Mobile in Alabama is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of devices, plans and accessories in a full-time, in-person role. You will follow company guidance to meet benchmarks and act as a role model for new hires while maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy.

The position requires readiness to work 30 hours per week or more, with optional Spanish language support and a strong customer-service focus. Training and policies are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Spanish language skills preferred for customer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow company policies and complete required trainings on time.
• Assist new hires and peers, and model recommended sales behaviors.
• Maintain store appearance and complete inventory checks with accuracy.
