Sun Com is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to work in-person in the Knoxville area. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales quotas, driving handset and plan sales, and delivering excellent customer service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and company communications.
• Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.).
• Record time and attendance accurately in the system.
• Maintain store appearance and safeguard company assets.
