Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers in sales processes.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Follow store policies and ensure accurate paperwork and inventory records.
