Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in Dallas, TX to drive sales of handsets, rate plans and accessories while upholding company guidance and benchmarks. You will model professional behaviors and assist new hires and peers.

The role requires 18+ years old, 4 days/30 hours weekly, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation to locate, training and off-site meetings. Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per management guidance and benchmarks.
• Practice professional behaviors and assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies, paperwork procedures, and company communications.
• Maintain store appearance and accurately record time and attendance.
