Job summary

AT&T in Memphis, TN is seeking Retail Sales Consultants who are bilingual in Spanish and English. You will guide customers with personalized sales expertise, demonstrate products, and strive to meet sales targets to earn commissions.

The schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly. You’ll engage with the community, handle online orders and outbound calls, and stay current on devices and services.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Stay up to date on the latest devices and services to meet customer needs.
• Assist with inventory and daily store operations as needed.
