Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 or older and legally able to work in the US.
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by recommending products and services to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brands professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with opportunities for commission-based bonuses.
