Job summary

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus commissions up to $18,000 annually based on performance, with top performers reaching $65,000–$75,500 annually. Two language requirements include English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales through technology passion and strong customer service.
• Learn customer needs by connecting with customers and asking questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs.
• Develop skills through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events.
