Qualifications

• Fluent English and bilingual in Spanish required.
• Able to lift up to 150 pounds.
• Self-motivated, reliable and responsible.
• Computer and printing skills.
• Willing and able to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including spelling and math.
• Professional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and suggest tailored products and demos.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features.
• Assist with merchandising and stock shelves.
• Upsell products or services while maintaining service.
• Maintain phone etiquette for remote inquiries.
• Support inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Supervise team members when needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
