Kelly Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Brea, CA to develop in-store communications and drive brand presence across the U.S. market.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure culturally resonant, compliant messaging and manage campaigns for store openings and local events. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 3–5 years of retail marketing experience, with bilingual Cantonese/Mandarin skills and 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Bilingual to speak/read Cantonese or Mandarin required.
• 3–5 years in retail marketing, store experience management or brand activation (U.S. market).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute in-store communication strategies (signage, POP, POSM, displays).
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Operations for compliant messaging.
• Lead U.S. store openings marketing, events, offers and outreach.
• Coordinate customer engagement: gift redemption, sampling, pop-ups, festivals.
• Conduct competitive research and consumer journey analyses to guide strategy.
• Support cross-functional campaign readiness across store teams.
