Job summary

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder at our Wrentham Premium Outlets store in Massachusetts. The role focuses on supporting daily store operations, leading shifts, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership with daily operations and shift management.
• Open and close the store while managing POS and cash handling responsibilities.
• Partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day business needs.
• Process inventory replenishment and maintain stock levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales and customer loyalty.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
• Conduct product demonstrations and engage customers with premium brands.
• Assist with special events, promotions, and grand opening activities.
• Lead by example and help create an exciting, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

ZWILLING is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder (Bilingual Mandarin or Hindi Preferred) to join our successful and growing retail team. As a Keyholder, you will help lead daily store operations, provide outstanding customer service, and play a key role in maintaining the positive culture and strong momentum of our Wrentham location. Because our store proudly welcomes a diverse community of local shoppers and international visitors, the ability to assist guests in Mandarin or Hindi is highly valued. What You'll Do

• Support store leadership with daily operations and shift management

Qualifications & Skills

• Language: Professional English required; conversational fluency in Mandarin or Hindi is highly preferred to serve our diverse shopper demographics.
• Positive, customer-first mindset with a strong passion for cooking and food
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Previous retail sales experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift 35+ lbs., and safely use a ladder
