Job summary

Zwilling is opening a new store at Wrentham Premium Outlets and seeks part-time Retail Sales Associates to join the team. You will help launch the store, provide exceptional customer service, present products, and support events from day one.

The role emphasizes a culinary passion and a customer-driven approach. Ideal candidates are flexible, able to work nights/weekends, and capable of standing for long periods while lifting up to 35 lbs.

Position Overview

ZWILLING is looking for part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our retail sales team.

The ideal candidate will be a result-driven, self-motivated team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion. Be part of our exciting new Wrentham Premium Outlets store opening and help create an unforgettable experience for every customer from day one!

In this role, you can be expected to do the following:

• Maximize sales results to achieve or exceed store goals
• Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service
• Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with company standards
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations across all brands and categories
• Support special events, promotions, and grand opening activities to drive traffic
• Maintain customer relationship management systems and customer engagement initiatives
• Receive and process shipments in an organized and timely manner
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
• Share product knowledge and brand story with customers to enhance their shopping experience
