Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring adherence to store standards and optimal customer service.
• Team Development: Supervise and mentor retail team members, providing coaching to improve performance.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Inventory and Cashier Oversight: Oversee inventory, pricing accuracy, and cashier operations.
• Learning and Growth: Review reports and align with Retail Manager goals to hit performance metrics.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work with Retail Manager to implement sales strategies and drive store success.
