QCHI / LendNation is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative at Branch 3236 in Gladstone, MO. The role is entry-level retail sales with potential in loans, requiring bilingual (Spanish & English) communication and exceptional customer service skills.

You will handle cash transactions, initiate customer loans, and work rotating shifts including some Saturdays, with Sundays off and benefits. This is a great entry point into consumer finance at a growing branch.

Formación

• Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment.
