As a Front End/Customer Service team member, you will greet customers, process transactions, operate the cash register, and assist with daily store responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Customer service and retail experience is desirable.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers; addresses questions or concerns in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Provides support to the Frontend team in the absence of the Frontend Manager.
• Operates front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
• Maintains positive team relationships; is approachable and collaborative.
• Communicates and enforces standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, and store conditions.
• Maintains presentation of work area, cleanliness, and uniform/personal appearance.
• Uses POS and credit card systems; handles cash and balances drawers.
• Processes returns, refunds, overcharges, and credits.
• Schedules coverage for Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks' breaks.
• Marks end-of-shift procedures and duties.
• All other duties as assigned.
