Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lending qualifications and designations appropriate to the role.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Proficiency with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with existing customers and prospects by conducting needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engage customers to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels, recommending tailored solutions (everyday banking, retail investments, lending, home financing, small business).
• Advise clients on digital and self-serve options to streamline banking.
• Support customer transactions and connect with branch teams and partners to deliver strong service and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies, and protect assets through risk management.
