Igloo Products Corp. in Texas seeks a Store Clerk to manage in-store sales, customer service, inventory, and order fulfillment. The role includes cash handling, shipping via Fedex/USPS, and maintaining shelf stock, with a focus on building relationships with regular customers. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

The position requires a Saturday shift, with duties spanning POS use, inventory control, and potential collaboration with the marketing team on projects.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1 year experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Experience with cash registers and basic clerical work.
• English and Spanish fluency.
• Basic math in U.S. currency.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand long hours.
• Flexible schedule with mandatory Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Operate POS cash register with cash, bankcard, and invoice transactions.
• Reconcile cash at the beginning and end of shift.
• Maintain knowledge of financial transactions and store policies.
• Arrange shipping of phone or web orders via Fedex or USPS.
• Pack and ship orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Sell and ship discontinued, defective and overstock merchandise.
• Build relationships with frequent buyers.
• Merchandise and stock store shelves.
• Handle customer service problems in person and by phone.
• Assist marketing on special projects as needed.
• Conduct an annual inventory reconciliation.
• Learn Shopify POS and Oracle.
