Job summary

The Violence Intervention Program in New York is looking for a full-time Facilitator to lead restorative circles and support Latinx survivors. You will engage with community members and facilitate healing processes. Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience in restorative justice practices.

You will play a crucial role in community outreach and assist in program development while working within a flexible, hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience with restorative justice facilitation or strong knowledge of restorative justice principles required.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with diverse communities, particularly Latinx and BIPOC populations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate restorative and community-building circles with clients and community members.
• Support restorative justice processes including outreach and case coordination.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness for high-quality service delivery.
