Job summary

Education First is seeking a Bilingual Reservation Consultant for Group Sales (Spanish/English) in Cambridge, MA, with a start date of October 27, 2026. The role combines outbound travel sales, relationship management with past travelers, and participation in our Sales Development Program.

Hybrid work arrangement; Fridays remote, Mon-Thu in office. Qualified candidates will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills, goal orientation, accountability, and at least 4 years

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English; role primarily in English with occasional Spanish.
  • Strong verbal communication to connect with a diverse audience.

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4 year degree.

Bilingual Reservation Consultant, Group Sales(Spanish/English) Start Date: October 27th, 2026 **For consideration, applicants must live/relocate to the state of Massachusetts or within commutable distance to our Cambridge, CO office. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Fridays, while collaborating in the office from Monday through Thursday.

The Role:

As a member of our high energy, collaborative, and competitive sales team, you will play a critical role in developing customer conversion and retention strategies while simultaneously identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Your daily activities will involve making outbound sales calls to potential travelers who have expressed interest in group travel through their Group Coordinator. Additionally, you will help maintain interest by continuing the relationship with our past loyal travelers in booking their next Go Ahead Tour.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English. The majority of this role will be performed in English but Spanish will be called upon from time to time to be able to accommodate our Spanish speaking travelers
  • Strong verbal communication skills (must be able to connect with a diverse range of individuals via telephone)

  • Compensation: First‑year Reservation Consultants have an on‑target earning potential of $70,000 (base salary starting at $50,000 and $20,000 bonus potential). In addition, there is uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. You are eligible for a promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years of successfully exceeding goals and excellent performance with an increased OTE of $95,000 ($65,000 base and $30,000 bonus potential).
