Job summary

Texas A&M AgriLife is seeking a Bilingual Research Specialist IV to support the Healthy Living program at the Dallas Center. The role involves designing study procedures, coordinating IRB protocols, and assisting with participant recruitment and data collection in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 10 years of related experience, and exceptional organizational and communication skills to work in a fast-paced academic research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in public health, nutrition, exercise science, health communication, health administration, etc.
• Ten years of related experience preferred.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing study implementation and development of ancillary research.
• Design and manage study procedures, including IRB protocols and data management.
• Translate between English and Spanish for recruitment and field activities; assist with grant applications and reporting.
