Job summary

University of Southern California is seeking a bilingual Research Coordinator II in Los Angeles to support the All of Us Research Program. You will present opportunities to patients, partner with clinics, and help enroll participants through consent and survey completion.

Responsibilities include collecting vitals, assisting with biospecimen activities, contacting participants for retention, and documenting all interactions in REDCap. Travel to off-site locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in administrative or research roles.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Present the All of Us program to eligible patients in person or by phone.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to build partnerships and support enrollment.
• Assist with consent and survey completion through the research portal.
• Take measurements and assist with biospecimen collection as needed.
• Document patient contacts in REDCap for recruitment and retention.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
